Terms and Conditions

All cancellations are chargeable unless I can fill your slot (which I will always try to if more than 24 hours notice is given).
Travel charges to your visit are free, if less than 5 miles from Tregony, over 5 miles away is charged at 45p per mile both ways. If I have to pay to park in a carpark to visit you this is also chargeable.
Travel charges for trips are charged from your pick up point until I drop you back. Travel charges are 45 p per mile plus any parking charges are chargeable.
Invoices are emailed every 4 weeks, which means once a year, often October, there could be 2 invoices sent out.
Termination of services. If you decide you no longer want the services of Meg Beel (Willow Cornwall) then 2 weeks notice is required. If you want me to stop immediately then the 2 weeks is still chargeable. The only time this isn’t chargeable is in the event of death of patient/customer.
Sickness– You must inform Meg Beel of ANY sickness in the home before my visit. Sickness includes Covid 19 , or possible Covid 19 that you haven’t tested for, Sickness and/ or diarrhea, flu, rashes or infectious diseases. Once disclosed I will advise whether I can attend or not. I look after a lot of sick people who have weak immune systems hence not being able to come if you could pass this on.
